The City Council of Vélez-Málaga continues putting faith on expanding the cultural offer and has entrusted on Prinza Construcciones experience to undertake this great project.

These auditorio’s works will require an eight-million-euro investment, and will be located in a 4,000m2 plot on the northern fringe of Torre del Mar (Cerro del Águila).

Concerning to the Auditorio structure, it will have a ground floor and three floors on top of it, an ecological roof, a water sheet fountain, and seating areas with shade trees, where the Torre del Mar residents and tourist will enjoy a beautiful time under the shades. All these elements will turn the Auditorio into a public square. In addition, this square will also have a lookout where you will be able to see the whole Torre del Mar.
