In this occasion, Prinza undertook the full refurbishment of operational offices facilities and control room at Marbella Police Station.

The project comprises complete replacement of all electrical and communications services and necessary disassembly works to install a galvanised steel sheeting roof covering over-cladding a renewed strengthened metallic structure with an insulated render system.

Finally, scope of works will also included partitions, installation of suspended ceilings, carpentry and floor finishes, such as raised technical flooring.
