Prinza has successfully completed the construction of the new multi-purpose assistance center on Pablo Ráez Boulevard in Arroyo I, a project promoted by the Marbella City Council that is now ready to welcome the community. With a total area of 557.23 m², this center has been designed with an inclusive approach to offer a wide range of social services that will benefit local residents.
