Prinza has successfully completed the construction of the new multi-purpose assistance center on Pablo Ráez Boulevard in Arroyo I, a project promoted by the Marbella City Council that is now ready to welcome the community. With a total area of 557.23 m², this center has been designed with an inclusive approach to offer a wide range of social services that will benefit local residents. Its facilities include workshops, meeting spaces, multipurpose rooms, and an upper-floor hall dedicated to community activities and events.

 

The building was developed following the specifications provided by the Marbella City Council, ensuring that each space is optimized to meet users’ needs, with the goal of promoting civic engagement and social well-being. Its modern and adaptable design will allow the center to become a community gathering point, facilitating activities ranging from community meetings and events to educational, recreational, and social support programs.
